DoubleTree by Hilton to Open in Çanakkale

SERBAN is carrying out the construction contracting works for the hotel that Hilton plans to operate in Çanakkale.
Hilton has made a significant investment in the center of Çanakkale. SERBAN is responsible for the construction contracting works of the 5-star hotel, which is planned to offer 155 rooms on a 15,600 m² site. Structural works on DoubleTree by Hilton Çanakkale, scheduled to open at the end of 2021, have been completed, and finishing works are now under way.
Built to a 5-star concept in line with Hilton's international standards, the hotel will also be the third in Turkey to feature Digital Key infrastructure. DoubleTree by Hilton Çanakkale's air-conditioning and general ventilation systems have reportedly been designed to meet today's requirements.
Located in the Heart of the City
The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the university and 5 minutes from the city center, and within walking distance of the city's two largest shopping malls.
