The Komana Binbirdirek
The Komana Binbirdirek is located on İstanbul's historic peninsula, at the heart of the city's tourism district, on a plot owned by the Press Advertising Agency (Basın İlan Kurumu). SERBAN undertook the restoration and reconstruction of the building on a turnkey basis and completed the project in 2024. The work preserved the historic fabric while bringing together contemporary design, technical excellence and sustainable materials. With its emphasis on long-term quality, aesthetic coherence and functional use, the project was planned as one of Sultanahmet's leading hotels.
