As a part of the Turkcell Ankara Data Center Infrastructure Project in the Sincan Organized Industrial Zone in Ankara, excavation, retaining wall and soil improvement works were completed in a short period of 3 months. The construction process of the building was planned in 2 phases, and Serban undertook the construction of the 1st phase works, completed the mobilization, permits, and construction works within about 90 days and achieved the criteria to be preferred for the 2nd phase works.
