A Groundbreaking Ceremony Was Held for the TSK Eğitim Vakfı (TAF Education Foundation) Student Dormitory Project

The groundbreaking ceremony of the TSK Eğitim Vakfı (TAF Education Foundation) Student Dormitory, which will be realized by Serban in Maslak, Istanbul, will meet the accommodation needs of our young people, the trust of our martyrs, veterans and heroes, the security of our future, was held on May 19.
The groundbreaking ceremony for the TSK Eğitim Vakfı (TAF Education Foundation) Student Dormitory was attended by Açık Holding Chairman Yüksel Açık, TSK Education Foundation General Manager Retired Brigadier General Kemal Korkmaz, Mehmetçik Foundation General Manager Retired Brigadier General Engin Durak, and other relevant individuals.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mehmet İlker Akdeniz, General Manager of Serban, stated that they aim to provide the most comfortable and cosy environment to the students at the TSK Eğitim Vakfı (TAF Education Foundation) Student Dormitory and said: ''We came together for the groundbreaking ceremony of a building where we will use our technology and engineering skills to build a safe and secure housing environment for our young people to whom we will entrust our future. We are thrilled and proud that this project has been entrusted to Serban. Student dormitories are very important for our young people to spend their education life efficiently. I am sure the young people who will grow up in a well-established and visionary institution such as the Turkish Armed Forces will be the source of a future world of trust, freedom, and prosperity.
Serban, known for its expertise in technology-oriented industrial buildings, plans to deliver the TSK Eğitim Vakfı (TAF Education Foundation) Student Dormitory project in 2023. The dormitory will have a capacity of 826 beds and will be built on 10 floors. In addition to meeting the accommodation needs of the students, it will also provide socialization. It will provide the comfort of a five-star hotel with areas such as a lobby and social facilities.
