Turnkey Data Center (EPC)

Where We Operate
Headquartered in İstanbul, SERBAN delivers data center projects across Türkiye, Europe and the Caucasus region through its offices in Ankara, London, Munich and Baku. As part of our growth in Germany, SERBAN and Bauwens have acquired a site in Cologne with 90 MVA of power capacity for two new data centers. Read the announcement for details.
Our Delivery Process
- Needs Analysis and Feasibility IT load, growth scenarios, availability target (Tier level), site and power conditions are assessed.
- Concept Design Layout, power and cooling architecture, and capital and operating cost estimates are prepared.
- Detailed Engineering Construction documents are produced for the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and BMS/DCIM disciplines.
- Procurement and Construction Critical equipment procurement and site construction run under one integrated programme.
- Testing and Commissioning Level 1–5 commissioning and integrated systems testing (IST) are carried out.
- Handover and Operational Support As-built documentation, training and warranty-period support are provided.

With our modular approach, the first phase can typically be commissioned within 12–18 months, and subsequent modules can be added without interrupting the operating facility. The exact schedule is agreed during the feasibility stage.
